Welcome to the registration section for the Creative Skill Camp 3v3 tournaments

Firstly please select the tournament you wish to register in and then follow the on screen information to complete the registration . All registrants are registered in their teams of 3 that they will play in. The booking form requires that one player makes the registration on behalf of their 3v3 team.

The registrant will be asked to include names, email address and DOB for all 3 people on the team. There will only be one charge of $90 per booking of 3 players ($30 a player billed in one transaction of $90) You will not be able to pay separately using this registration form.

All of the information will be stored securely and will not be shared with any 3rd parties. We will email the team members with a medical release form that they will be required to fill in and bring to the tournament.
